When your furniture arrives into our warehouse, our team carefully unboxes and inspects each piece to make sure it meets our standards before it reaches your home.

For furniture with drawers—including dressers, tall chests, nightstands, and chifforobes—we thoroughly vacuum the interior of each drawer and inspect the entire piece for any visible damage.  We also open and close every drawer to ensure the glide system is operating smoothly and properly.

Once the inspection is complete, your furniture is carefully rewrapped in multiple layers of heavy-duty protective wrap to keep it clean and protected while it awaits its next step.

From there, your furniture is safely stored in our warehouse until it’s ready for White Glove Delivery or customer pickup.
