DELIVERY: We offer a full white glove delivery and set up process for your furniture. Once the furniture arrives to our warehouse, we will thoroughly inspect the furniture, vacuum the drawers of any case piece (dressers, chests and nightstands) and check the drawers to make sure they open and close properly. We will then shrink wrap all the furniture and stage it for our delivery contractor. After this process, we will call to schedule your delivery. Our delivery contractor will blanket wrap all the furniture for transport to your home and will position your furniture in your room of choice and will assemble the pieces that require assembly.
PICK UPS: If you would like to pick up your furniture, please keep in mind that all the main pieces are inspected and will be in shrink wrap, not in the box. It is the customer's responsibility to bring moving blankets and all proper materials needed to protect the furniture during transport once it leaves our warehouse. Since the furniture has been inspected before the customer picks up, please be aware that there is no damage on the pieces as we give the pieces to you. Once the furniture is in your possession, it is your responsibility to avoid damaging the furniture during transport to the home and carrying the pieces into the home. Dream A Little Dream Nursery Furniture will not be responsible for any damaged furniture once the customer has possession.
